PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Location:

I see adult clients face to face in my home in The Hope, or by phone or video call (Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime).

Free parking is available nearby, and I can provide directions on request.  Or you can reach the Hope by public transport on the X1  bus.

I am also able to see you in your own home or office if you wish, and if an appropriate, confidential space is available for us to use.  Please contact me to discuss your wishes and to see what might be possible.

Practical Information: OpeningHours

Times:

On Mondays-Thursdays I offer appointments between 8am and 8pm, and I may be able to offer some appointments at other times by arrangement.

Cost:

My fee for a 60-minute session is £70.  My fees for other arrangements - including e.g. longer sessions, or meeting away from my premises - may be higher, and agreed between us, depending on location, travel time etc.

I am willing to negotiate reduced rates by up to 50% with people who want to access counselling, but can't afford the above rates. Please let me know if money is a concern, so that we can discuss what might be possible.

Complaints:

I hope that your time working with me is helpful and empowering. However, if you have a complaint about any part of my service, please discuss the problem with me.  If you are not comfortable talking to me about an issue, you can also contact the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy for advice: by phone on 01455 883300 option 2, or by email to: gethelp@bacp.co.uk.

If you have a complaint that we are unable to resolve between us, you can raise a formal complaint with one of my professional bodies.  There are links below to their complaints procedures.
